HOW TO USE: file nail surface lightly, apply a very thin layer of base gel, and cure it under UV/LED Lamp. select a suitable shape and size false Nail Tip.
I was a licensed nail tech for many years and recommend this product. 
You will also need "slip" or alcohol to form the polygel to perfection before applying to your nails.  
There are many excellent videos online for beginners to use this kit.  
Be sure to sanitize your nails and remove the shine before using.
